Eyebrow Microblading

What is Eyebrow Microblading?

Eyebrow Microblading, also known as feathering and micro-strokes, is a semi-permanent eyebrow treatment carried out using a specialised manual tool which involves drawing single, defined hair strokes that give a very natural look.

The eyebrow microblading method is ideal for anyone wanting to enhance the look of their eyebrows. It’s perfect for those that want to fill in gaps, have over plucked, poorly shaped or have completely disappeared due to cancer treatments or alopecia, creating a beautiful more defined shape.

The final look is waterproof and won’t rub off so you basically look good 24/7.

What is Eyebrow Tattoo?

Eyebrow Tattoo is the same as Eyebrow Microblading which is also known as feathering and micro-strokes.

Eyebrow tattoo is a semi-permanent eyebrow treatment carried out using a specialised manual tool which involves drawing single, defined hair strokes that give a very natural look.

The eyebrow tattoo method is ideal for anyone wanting to enhance the look of their eyebrows. It’s perfect for those that want to fill in gaps, have over plucked, poorly shaped or have completely disappeared due to cancer treatments or alopecia, creating a beautiful more defined shape.

What is the difference between Eyebrow Microblading & Feather Strokes?

Eyebrow microblading and eyebrow feather strokes are the exactly the same procedure, artist will just interchange between the two when promoting their service. Eyebrow microblading can also be called feathering, nano brows (which is similar but utilises a mechanical tattoo pen rather than a manual blade tool).

I'm unsure if microblading is for me, what should I do?

House of Harvs specialises in first time clients. Her naturally looking brow style is tailored to your face type and you will have complete control over the style and shape. If you are thinking about getting microblading done, but are not quite sure it is for you, you can book a FREE consult with House of Harvs.

Consults last to an hour during which Natalie (House of Harvs) will answer all your questions and more importantly take the time to pencil in your brows so you can better visualise how they will look.

What is Eyebrow Ombre & Eyebrow Shading?

Ombre, also know as Shading, is an additional service to microblading where the artist will lightly fill colour into the brow which replicates the same result as using an eyebrow pencil or eyeshadow, giving a much more enhanced, define and stronger brow.

You can choose to Microblade/Feather (which replicates hair strokes) on its own or add Ombre/Shading (which replicates a brow pencil) for a fuller look.

Remember all microblading sessions come with a free follow up session so you have the option to only microblade/feather on your first session, allow your brows to heal and decide on your next session if you would like a more fuller look by adding Ombre/Shading.

Why is a follow up session important?

For most clients it is their first time having the procedure. We offer a free follow up session so we can go slightly lighter on the first application, let the brows heal and have the client make the decision whether to go for more impact on their next session. This way our clients have complete control over the look and feel of their final brows.

What is the Perfection Session?

The price for our Microblading Combo service covers 2 full sessions with Natalie. As Natalie is more suited to first time clients her approach is to go easy on the first session, allow you to get comfortable with both the procedure itself and the healing process then give you the option to go more dramatic or modify the shape on the final session where she can make the final changes to give you the perfect brows.

Does microblading hurt?

We apply a medical numbing cream to ensure the whole procedure is pain free. Some clients actually fall asleep during the procedure so you have nothing to worry about.

How long does Microblading last for?

Factors such as sun exposure, lifestyle and cleansing routines will impact how long the results will last but typically results will lasts from between 10 to 12 months.
